1. Section the hair into small strands in preparation for perming. 2. Take one sheet of perm paper and wrap it around the end of the hair strand. 3. Secure the hair with curlers or rods, and repeat the process until all sections are wrapped. 4. Once the papers are in place, proceed with the perming process as directed, allowing the solution to work its magic. 5.
