HOW TO RETURN AND SEND IN YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE

To return by mail, click the return button inside your order history or head to: https://cosmotekcollege.com/amzinga/a/returns and enter the email address you used to place your order to begin the return or exchange process.

1:- Indicate on your invoice whether you are exchanging or returning the item(s).

2:- For exchanges: please indicate the desired model/size. We recommend you contact customer service to place your exchange on hold so it does not sell out while we await your package. Please call or send an e-mail with the order number, the item, and size you would like on hold.

4:-Pack your item(s) and invoice into the return bag/cardboard box and affix the prepaid mailing label.

5:-Mail your package using one of the following methods:
a. Drop your package at a USPS location without waiting in line (the label is pre-paid and requires nothing else on your end). Click here to find the closest location. https://tools.usps.com/go/POLocatorAction!input.action
b. Leave the package off at a location that has a daily USPS pick-up.

POLICY

Items purchased from AMZINGA are eligible for an exchange or refund if returned within 30 days of purchase. Amzinga offers no refunds on vintage, beachwear, underwear, sample sale, and final sale items.

Free Return

In order to be eligible for free return, you must choose to return with the gift card store credit option. Exchange will also be eligible for free shipping return.

A $7.99 return shipping and processing fee will be deducted from your refund if you request the return amount to be credited back to the original form of payment.

CONDITIONS

SHOES

Shoes scuff very easily on any hard surface. Always try on shoes on carpet. Shoe boxes are an important part of the product presentation and must be returned undamaged, along with the shoes.

TOPS AND DRESSES

Please be careful of makeup or deodorant rubbing off on the garment.

TRACKING MY RETURN

Your return tracking number is stored in your purchase history. When viewing your history, you can click on the respective order number for your return and the return tracking number will be itemized beneath each item that was included in the order. You can trace your return using that tracking number on USPS.com

REFUNDS

We will send you an email when your return package is delivered back to our warehouse. Please note, returns do take us 3-10 business days to process upon reaching our facility. Once your return is processed and your refund is issued, you will receive a refund confirmation email. Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account. A $7.99 shipping and handling fee may be applied. Please see our policy.

EXCEPTIONS

BEAUTY PRODUCTS

We will accept back beauty products within 30 days provided that they are unused and unopened.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges on expedited orders are not refundable.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service immediately.
